Direction of use
Use in the form of compresses. Before use, immerse a wrap of peat for 15 minutes in hot water, (e.g., to 2 liters / 8 cups of boiling water, add 1 liter / 4 cups of cold tap water to reach a temperature of approx. 104 ℉ / 40 ℃. Do not overheat. Then, take it out of the water, place the patch on a flat surface with the marked foil part of the package facing up, and then tear it off. Apply the prepared patch to the selected body surface with the uncovered part of the peat touching the skin (you can also apply the patch after peeling off the non-woven layer.) Cover the applied patch with a blanket for about 20 minutes. After the treatment, it is recommended to rest for 30 minutes and avoid sudden cooling of the body. In the case of edema, it is recommended to use cold peat plasters. Peat can be used in several places at the same time. To achieve better results, it is advisable to use one treatment per day for a period of 7-10 days on selected parts of the body. The patch is intended for single use only.
Warnings: Peat should not be applied to the heart area.
Do not use it, if you suffer from: cardiovascular diseases, acute inflammatory diseases, fever, tuberculosis, cancer, pregnancy, venous hypertension, varicose veins.
Do not apply peat on damaged or irritated skin.
A burning, tingling or itchy sensation is normal when using peat on the face. It is worth supporting the body in eliminating toxins by drinking a significant amount of water after treatments with peat.

- Store in a dry place at temperature 4 ℃ – 20 ℃ (39 ℉ – 70 ℉) out of the reach of children.
- Protect from excessive light. Peat, as a natural product, can change its color to brown or green when exposed to light. Change of the color does not affect its properties.
- Do not overheat above 60 ℃ (140 ℉).
- Product is handmade.
- Do not dispose into the sewage system / it is very effective as a fertilizer for plants.
- Best before: 12 months from the date of production.
